stock ignition unit wiring help

So I installed my HHB pma, with the rectifier that comes with it, I am also going to run a lowbrow customs sparx capacitor.
Kick only, headlight, taillight.

So my question is can I run this set up with the ignition unit in my bike? It has 6 wires coming out, black, orange, white, Red white, black white, and White green.

What's what on the ignition unit?

Haven't tried anything yet so, what would I have to hook up coming from my capacitor to the unit?

No, you can't use the stock TCI with a PMA. The stock TCI uses a magnet in the stock rotor and a pick up coil on the stock stator. These parts where removed when you took the stock alternator off. You need an aftermarket ignition.
