Storm Damage in the Southeast

Came home from work today to find this.

Popped my mirror and dented the clutch cover, but could be worse I guess. I need to either build a garage or start parking it in the living room.

Very bad day here in North Carolina had 4 tornados down at one point, 5 confirmed fatalities, will probably increase. Closest twister passed about two miles west of me.

Yeah, I have a few extended family members with wrecked homes. My sister watched a tractor trailer roll over. It was all over very quickly though.

I stood the bike up, checked for gas in the oil and it started on the second kick. No complaints here. I had a wad of rain gear in the saddlebags that acted as a pillow. Might add some highway bars to protect the engine better in the future...the brake pedal really scratched it up.
