Lots of nice little bits there. I see an assortment of top motor mount parts in one of the pics. Hold onto some of those because sometimes they crack. There's also some centerstand pivot bolts there. Nice to have a few extras of those as well. And finally, I see one of those elusive brake pad shims. Yamaha only used them the last couple years and they can very often solve a squealing brake problem. You have an outer pad one there. The inner pad got a slightly smaller version .....
If you've got loose brake pads, check the backs. Maybe that other shim is stuck to one.
I'd be all over that bucket o' bolts, sorting out all the acorn nuts. Pretty much all the ones used on this bike are special, either in size or thread. You may find some aftermarket ones that fit but they most likely won't look the same. They will probably be bigger.
