You have a better chance of owning a motorcycle company than somebody who can fix a motorcycle does. Something you should notice about a CEO is that he's the CEO because he has no other choice. It would be impossible for him to work in the mail room. He wouldn't be able to handle it. He has no ability or desire to be hands on at that level. So instead he does what he does.
