So I finally got the bike going and took it for its first 10 min ride. All went well or so I thought. When I got home I notice the right half of the bike has oil on it. Removed the timing advance cover to find an oil pool at the bottom. Do the 2 holes in the pics need to be sealed or do I have an oil deal leak.

No, those holes don't need to be sealed, they're "blind" (not all the way through). There's an oil seal behind the advance, that's what's leaking.

Thank you for the info. As suggested the seal behind the advance unit was leaking. Replaced it with the one off my parts bike. The seal was hard and warn. The one on my parts bike was soft and plyable and fit tighter. Oil leak solved. Last thing on my list of things to do is a carb sync. I'm getting vibs at 4.5 to 5000 Rpms and I am in hopes that the carbs need to be synced and that might solve it
