Titling questions on build

So I have a couple quick questions, I'm currently in a build with a couple bikes being put together to get one bike. I was wondering, since some of the frame is BMW, and some is Yamaha, and some hardtail conversion. The VIN reads BMW, but the motor is Yamaha. The title says BMW, but since it's hearts are of Yamaha parts. Will there be an issue with saying it's a BMW and it looking nothing like a BMW? I'm used to cars where motors swaps are normal and most of the time they look like what they are lol

In Quebec, if your frame is from a BMW, the title will say BMW no matters which engine is in it. I think it must be the same thing as a car but I don't what are the rules in your area.

In Ks, they generally only look at the neck for title purposes.
