anyone know the torgue settings for the oil sump cover? Six bolts in total where the large oil filter is. Not the bolts that hold the filter onto the cover. I just stugged them up. Just the bolts that hold the cover in place.

Use only 7 ft-lbs, that's all it takes.

Not only is 7 ftlbs. all it takes, it's usually all the fasteners will take. Some of the OEM fasteners in that location were designed to sheer above the level of the case to avoid damaging threads and leave a stub for extraction.
