I am finally done with doctors and got back into garage to finish up this tracker build or you could call it a scramble too. Doing this for one of the members and just so many little parts that had to get that were not there on the original parts. Frame wheels and a lot of parts are powder coated because they were just sad looking and now its time to get it done and out of my garage. Custom tank and seat were bought and I got to get the pipes made but the next week all the parts I have here are going on for last time. Will have a custom DADDYG harness but not the one on bike now that's one of the ones for sale but it gives you good look at how they lay out. I will keep this going threw the build so you can see BOYER INSTALL and PMA and some custom button switches plus I am building a battery box for under the seat. I have three other bikes to build this year so now that its not 20 degrees in my garage its time to build. Other bikes are a TRIKE because I am old haha a Mono shock Café pounder and something you guys don't care about lol a VTX1300 Bagger.
Pictures of what build has to look like and build So busy year
Thanks for being so kind and buying my Harnesses

Well I wanted to update this as build is going on. Couple changes and hope to have it fired up in about a week.
The controls are going to be changed so they are up for sale if anyone interested.

Very nice! It’s gonna be a great looking bike.
I agree, the tank sets the trend for the look of the bike. It kinda looks like a Triumph tank to me. ( That’s good!)

I always liked the shape of the Triumph tank but I like the filler to be center mounted like with the Kawasaki W650. DADDYG is doing a great job with this. I can't wait for it to be done!

Man, that tank is a work of art! That’ll never rust, that’s for sure. Do you plan to paint it, or just run it in it’s natural beauty?

You'll have to ask DaddyG! I would love to have a brushed aluminum finish with possibly some kind of clear powder coat on the tank and fenders. I'm mechanically challenged and he has been very patient explaining things to me! LOL

The tank is going to be rough sanded for the brush look that ED wants and is going to be clear powder coat. The top pictures show the Triumph that we are coping the look. There is already close to a grand in powder coating on this bike. ED and I will keep the thread going to the end of the build and show some of changes that we already talked about. We want this bike to look as nice as possible without going out of the box with the build. This bike is my 51 XS650 build that I have done from the ground up and 45 of them had been choppers so this is very mellow for me . Below are just a few ground up builds.
KEEP CHOPPIN

I would leave part of the tank polished, heres an idea. Brush the knee indentations, but polish the rest or vise versa. If you scratch/ brush that nice tank you will REGRET it.
