Have been lurking for a while now and wanted to share my first motorcycle project.
Picked up this 1978 Special about a year ago, and have been working on it mostly on Sundays with help from my father-in-law and some friends.

What's done so far:
Yamaha CT1 tank over Hugh's Handbuilt top engine mount (fits nicely).
Hoos Racing TT exhaust
Hugh's Handbuilt fork brace.
Rear wheel 19" conversion.
13.3/8" Rear Shocks.
Rebuilt front and rear brakes.
Rear fender (5" trailer fender)
Pamco Ignition.
What to do soon:
PMA system.
Electrical box.
Rewire.
Hopefully she'll be ready in the next few months.
