I've done a bit of research in regard to "fat tyres" on a '79. Bike is bone stock with mags. It seems the largest front and rear is 110/90 and 140/90.

Can someone confirm this?

If anyone has pictures of this set up, that would be great. If I can go larger, then even better.

None larger for stock wheels, but it will handle much better with the stock sizes. The 140/90 rear is a fair amount taller, and certain brands have been reported to rub the swingarm, or the brake stay on disc rear brake types. Not positive the 110 clears on the front. Just go with Bridgestone S-11's in the raised white letters. They look a lot more "badass" than fats, IMHO. RWL looks appropriately late 70's "performance", even if the bike is not.

Thanks for the replies, gents.

As far as clearance on the front tyre, is the only consideration the mud guard?

Thanks.
