impressive work Paul you're very talented .
I see what Yoozy means about flow with the MC it definitely does look like an afterthought.
Why is it not possible to dismantle the peg assembly and make a new longer aluminium lever arm ?
I think the mc would look better painted silver myself . it would blend into the casing better than black will unless you particularly wanted to feature the mc

It's actually growing on me now, I think however, I'll mill out the extension piece to match the other areas of the bike too. It would be possible to make another lever but I'll leave it for now I think and see if it grows any more.
Yes, silver is a good call for the master cylinder. I hadn't considered that so well done

A little more done today. I really didn't like the tight 3" radius at the end of exhaust. So, I opted for a 4 3/4" radius bend. I think it flows much better. Whilst welding it up, I also popped in an 8" long baffle to keep the noise down somewhat. After a fair bit of filing and emery cloth, I'm very pleased with the results.

Hi, thanks. Yes, sorry, I should have put a little more info on that. It was a simple universal baffle in the below pic. Where the two exhaust sections met by the head, before I welded it up, I pressed in the baffle and plug welded the wider section just before the large radius bend. As there was a kink in the pipe by the head, I had to cut the baffle and bend it about 10 degrees to match, then simply weld a tiny section back in. I used the same baffles in my Bobber build a few years back and it worked very well - a nice note but not too loud, with jetting going up two on the main and one on the pilot (BS34s)

A little more done today. I wanted to get the wheels finished after mocking up. So, stripped them down and polished the hubs and spacers, re-laced and re-fitted. I'll need to machine the spacers and true up still, then tyres on.
