Valve lash set at .004 and .006, still pretty loud.. normal?

oil wt has a bit to do with noise too. I run 15-40 rotell (this is not a oil thread, plenty of those elsewhere) with valves set at .003/.006. a little noisy, but im sure if I put 20-50 in, it would quiet it down. just another drop(of oil,lol) in the bucket.
