Eagle and 2 chicks.
This afternoon I was wofking on my bike. and across the street a osprey in the top a tree was squackin up a storm. I walked out to see what was up and the eagle flew over my head about 60 feet up in the air it was head across the street over the home across from my house turned right then folded it's wings back and swooped down and grabbed their black cat and back up in the air and flew off with the cat. As the eagle folded back his wings I knew what was up and I started to run across the street. It went down so fast I only made it to the middle of the street and the eagle and cat were out of the yard and climbing over the trees in their back yard. any way maybe the cat got free some how because no cat made it to the nest. But the babys did get rabbit. the chicks were born 2 days ago.
Here is the loving couple across the street in the tree the osprey was in today. the tree is about 60 feet tall

Nice one! Im an avid ornithologist, youre so lucky to have big raptors in your area, only hawks & falcons where Im from .
I drove to Scotland a few years ago on a Sea Eagle search but failed to spot one all weekend!
I did spot a passage migrant Osprey recently, waited 40+ years for that sight!
