Welding question.

I'm guessing someone got some studs stuck and decided to cut them out. Is it possable to weld these areas in the picture and tap them for new studs???

Why not drill them out and use a screw extractor?

LOOKS like it's already been cut. Yeah, you can probably weld and re-tap them.

okay thanks. Yes that is what i was asking about. The areas that are already cut. Not the studs that are still in. I just haven't taken those ones out. I just got this bike a few months ago and the cutting was done by the last owner of the bike I guess.

i'm a welder and i would, clean it. or you could try inserts or heile coil
