What’s wrong with this picture?
Positive should be on the Rt side near the starter relay. What's with the dot on the + wire insulator? What year/model is this bike? Does this ride have an e-starter?
Keep guessing. It’s in there. Gary? Bob?
Beside it being a reverse polarity battery and lead acid; I don’t see a fuse box.
I think that it’s the wrong battery. I ordered it from a local bike shop. The first one showed up with the poles backwards. I sent it back. 20/20 hindsight? It was right. Look at the rubber isolator on the plus lead. It only fits if the battery is installed rearward. All my other bikes face forward. I’m a idiot..
NAAAHHH. Just human like the rest of us. Stuff happens.
True i guess it is the right polarity i was just dyslexic since it’s backwards from how mine sits.
Ha! I didn't see it!
You know Bob. I saw Some of your rebuild pics and was like “Nooo!” Too late now. It’ll work. But that’s not me. I’m probably out 50$.
Wait, wait, I got it. Lol
I love you guys. If it weren’t for you I’d be stranded on first base.
Just got me thinking, if facing the pitcher is first base to my right or left? Or is first base what ever one you can get to the fastest? Maybe this is why I was always picked last in Gym class?
Should look like this also the battery strap is wrong and it needs the correct tool strap. Should look like this
I see that now. Thanks.
Now it all makes perfect sense.I guess I’ll have to make my own black tool strap. Thanks again..
You can still buy it from Partzilla. Or goggle the part number and you might find it on ebay. I made my own wire clips to retain it to the tool tray. Just a stiff pieice of wire with u bend in the middle for the two ends onf the rubber band. The ends have an eyelet which would be hard to make.
I’m betting that is gonna be one hard to find part.Just like a nice owners manual.
Ebay or Partzilla
Is this better?
Lookin good !
