Hey Tony. I use the gopro 1
this last time I had the waterproof cover I didn't like the audio at all.

It was a bit muffled, and it seemed to have misted up a bit near the end too!

Hey Airwolfie
And it had a wierd air noise when my head was straight forward.
That fog was inside the case lense and was less than 6mm wide goes to show just how small the lense is.
I will use the normal cover from now on.

Hey guys, got the battery charged up and got it hooked up, put gas tank on and cranked it over and at first would not fire, noticed gas coming out both air boxes, discover the petcock is bad, on vacuum it was still leaking, so after gas tank was off and I clean up the extra gas, she fired (it alive I tell you):yikes: didn't run to long because no gas tank on, replacing petcock and try again:thumbsup:

Hey Richard---Congratulations on your first fire up even if the petcocks messed up. It's always encouraging to hear it run even if it's only for a few seconds. All the work becomes worth it. Continued good luck. tim

Checked to valves again didn't have to just did.
Change the riser bushes
I bought rubber ones from mikes but misplaced them.
Then I bought some from HHB.
Okay then I find the rubber ones.
I pulled the worn out rubber mounts.
So I put the rubber bushes in and the handle bars are very stiff as they should be.
I guess I will save these HHB ones until needed or sell them if some one wants them

Guess the only thing I really did is send my powder coated seat pan and old foam out to get re-shaped and re-covered. My upholsterer did the rest.

Last night I redid the fuel system for my SG with a '77 standard tank. Reworked the petcocks to get the outlets facing the right way. Inward. Short lenghth of tubing to a 90 degree filter. This is done both sides. The 2 sides meet at a "Y". Another short length of tubing to the fuel "T" that feeds the BS34's. Today I'm going to retorque the head and install the carbs and tank.

Finally got the motivation to break down my motor for a headgasket replacement. Only after managing to get the head off without breaking the chain, noticing that the rear guide rubber is falling apart. The front one looks fine.

Well I don't know why every time I post a picture they are turned but maybe someone can tell me how to rotate them...anyways, I got my rear fender struts bent and fender mounted, installed my new pamco and advance unit, and rewired this old dodge single filament tail light so I can run it as a brake light also...so close to being done, I can't wait to ride this thing

waited untill noon then put some gas in the tank, and cranked her up road over to a frends home hung out for half hour or so. Then road over to a other friends home. some more guys showed up and we road up to Arcadia and back. Saw small herd of buffalo on the way back The sun was bright the wind was almost nonexistent temp 74f The bike ran great.
It is was a great ride I contemplated on how good it is to be alive and riding.
There were many riders out there today I must have waved more than 50 times :bike:
Now I'm thinking about leaning pilot circuit on both cylinders and left cylinder just a bit more. :D

I mounted my mufflers a little more solid. My center stand does not have a tang to pull it down so it was hitting my muffler correct that. I also added slits in the muffler intakes so I could tighten the clamp better. I shortened the muffler intakes earlier to give a Brit look. Carbon "You can't roller skate in a buffalo herd."
