Very nice!! Not to throw cold water on it, but did you check that it'll clear the rotor nut? I wanted to make sure there was clearance there so I used a 20T press to "dish" the blank before I turned it.Today I got to work a little early and to pass the time I decided to see if my little lathe could turn down a stator cover to replace my tatty standard one.It was more of an experiment to be honest but I cut some aluminium (or aloominum for our friends over the pond ),welded a stub on the back and gave it a whirl in the Myford.To be fair it came out better than I thought so I may keep it.I quite like the 'billet' look.

how decent... im about to get this done and looking for an idea of whats a good dealFinally got the frame, swingarm, sissy bar, engine mounts, triple tree, handlebar mounts, forward controls, and other various bike metals all sandblasted and gloss black powder coated , for a very very decent price . Stay tuned for the re-build.
