Are you looking for a tank that’s been cut, do you want just the tunnel?

Well I see by your post count you are a newbie. Welcome to the board.
What exactly do you mean by channels? If you are looking for the tunnels with the mounting posts inplace then you need a tank to cut one out of.
I assume anyone looking for something along these lines is attempting to build or modify an exsisting tank to mount on an XS650. What is it your are attempting?

Aye, the tank receiving ears that mount on the frame.
I'm sure we would all love to know what you're working on.
I knocked a pair of them off a frame, not sure where I put them though.
IF (big if) I was to build that frame I'd be looking for a tank that has the ears in its tunnel and then mount the rubber cups to receive on the frame. XS750 and 850 knee dent tanks are set up that way, mebbe 1100 tanks too, eh Leo?

Am building Daryl's bike from the walking dead. I have the xs650 tank am just looking at ways to make the tank fit the cb750 frame
just go to the hardware store and get some flat stock. Bend it and tack em on, check it and final weld.
that’s what I did for the cb500t I built.
pretty easy to fab up and probably quicker and easier than tracking a good useable set down
I have a frame I can't give away, so cutting it up is no problem. My only issue is there's no electricity in my garage., If I can get them off with a battery powered drill and/or a hacksaw, I can send them to you.
