Hey, I'm Josh Morris. I'm totally new to this forum, and to the whole xs scene. I just bought an 81' xs Special, and I'd really like to do a good build, however I'm not an expert mechanic, and since it's my first build I don't want to get in over my head.
I'm a big fan of the brat style or the bobber look, and I'd like to do something along those lines, but I'm know it could easily end up being a lot of work and $$. I'm on a pretty tight budget so I plan on just riding my bike as is until winter and then get my hands dirty.
Any and all advice at this point would be really helpfull! Thanks alot... I'm really excited to get into this, and want to make sure I do it all the best for myself and my bike!
