So wheel dolled up a bit made the swing arm look terrible, it's a rust pile and well, yah just gotta do swing arm bushes, am I right?
After the struggle getting the axle out I was prepared to do battle. While on the phone with Kop was able to remove the swing arm bingo bango, nothing was stuck! Woot woot! Using my old bushing removal tool that's done prolly ten arms so far knocked out the old bushings, cleaned out the grease, sanded the bores and knocked in the TC bushes with a wood block and hammer zim zam. A shout out for TC bros. swing arm bushings! They were a perfect fit in the bores, snug but didn't need to hammer on them to get them seated. A quick flap wheel derust of the arm, and the first coat of high build spray enamel paint is drying in the sun.
