I know my cable was tight til I changed to euro bars

Check your cable routing, I had to change my cable after dropping bike, kept thinking my floats we're off til I relized one of the slider would stick because cable got pulled too much when bike fell, maybe yours is just pinched under tank

I think I had heard 19mm also, been awhile but I think I ended up at around 22 mm

I had thought of doing this, I run the carbs Mike's sells, these look very similar, considering their under 30, and Mike's price is like 350 I thought it might be an option if I ever have a problem, I know some people had issues with Mike's carbs, varied quality, wonder if these are better made...

Still haven't figured it out, did it today, didn't think about before, but if you try hitting starter button you get nothing, power is still on, signals still work, just seems like no power at the button, does that just sound like a bad wire, I had all the tape off and looked, I'll have to recheck

Yeah I only use choke when it's like 55 or colder, and not long, if anything I just hold throttle where I want it for a minute, had same issues with floats, I think I had them set at 19 mm or 3/4 stopped leaking around 20- 21 or 7/8 Haven't messed with jets yet, might kinda surges in third and...

They running alright for you other than that? I was looking once if you just search for pwk 32 I think you can find these carbs for like $25, thought about buying one too see if the quality was any better, or at least for spare parts

Yeah, stock charging, had charging issues before, but that stopped after I cleaned up some of the wiring, removal of sidestand relay tcu, resoldered turnsignal wires when they got loose in switch, changed brushes last time it wasn't charging, wouldn't be a bad idea to change plug wires, haven't...

Maybe I'll check float height again, would it have anything to do with it only running in prime, it starts dying if move petcock, it's fine if it's idleing at a light, cuz I've had to switch it to res when float height was off an carbs started leaking when at lights, maybe petcock needs rebuilt?

So bike shut down on me today while going about 65 on highway, just started slowing down and I realize bike isn't running, was able to get into slow Lane and pull over I sat there a minute, looked around, checked fuses, everything seemed fine, took a minute to find neutral, figured I would try...

float height is 19mm, if its still leaking check slides and make sure its not stuck open, pull carb off boot and look in there it should be down, make sure their moving up and down and not getting stuck

I have those carbs, make sure slides are dropping, my throttle cable gets stuck sometimes, one of the cables where the 2 go into one get messed up, not sure if they got over pulled once, but every now and then then I have to pull tank and check it, think I may need to replace throttle cable
