bkaushqnsky, bugger im in the middle of mounting a spring seat on a soft tail frame , so far i dont think it looks like shit, but hope its comfortable to ride without having 6 in of padding.

just doing a back read an seen Ardcore choppers was selling the biltwell seat i was looking at, selling here for $220.00 kiwi which is a good deal, i like the roll at the back and the sound of the moulded foam for comfort.

emzdogz,i think youve got the right idea,been thinking of putting the key, light switch hi-lo beam and start button on the side of box to lessen amountof wiring. sundie , your on toit, will start looking at the jaycar cat. so will any 12v 40 amp relay work?
