could be alot of things 1. battery should be charged to 12 + volts 2. test coils unplug them from the orange and red/white wires and spark plugs then test the ohms from orange to red white it should be between 2.25 and 2.75 / 3. pick up coil can be tested too i believe it should be 750 ohms...

Ok thanks I was gonna try swapping the rotor next but I will try the voltage drop test and the ground to the tci test u mentioned I really didn't think the safty relay should effect spark but I'm running out of options so ill try these tests and post my results tonight thanks kevin
