Hi guys I want a 18" back wheel on a 83. it currently is a 16''. i ordered dunlop k70 and messed up the rear size so i will look for a 18'' rim now. I also want the look. I am interested in just a quick and easy bolt on rim if its available. please chime in if your SMART!!!

Ya didn't think of the cam chain leakage area that would be affected by the gasket. All the gaskets need to eat as well. There was air comming from the head breather too. Ill let those of you know the results after I put it back in the freshly painted frame next week..

Just thought I could do a leak down test on a rebuild and came up with only leakage coming from the oil/crankcase. Left rings down 40 right rings down 10 percent. Brand new rings from mikesxs just wondering best way to look at this. Will they seat? I checked the end gaps of the rings installed...

So I just got this puppy in the mail and am running it on a stockish xs 83 special with kick only. cafe/street tracker style confersion underway custom flat seat, pod air filters no led lights yet. Any ideas if this battery will last. 85 bucks

Ok. I have been working on my sk 83 special and just put new rings in and cleaned up the valves. I have decided to hide the battery now. I cleaned up the wiring tying to pay attention to what was going on, but the last guys working in this bike had no idea what he was doing .......but it...
