getting rid of the rainbow spaghetti factory

I had a hell of a mess of wires that I am moving or cutting out. I am looking for a recommendation of what weire covering to use and what can i get rid of from the bike

Like these things below. I have kick start only and dont want the kill switch. what from the list can I gut? I will keep the rectifier
