ahhh RE... Royal Enfield :) as i am looking at them i find myself considering it. any idea what the aftermarket parts availablilty are? i know i could google for them but that will only tell me for sure how much crap there is :) just while i am not really looking for something hi performance...

Can you take a picture of the components placed together before you weld it? I'm curious to see how you line it up and secure it all so it is straight as i was thinking of doing this and could use some ideas. Cheers :)

The foot controls are mid forward-ish aren't they. For performance the xs was always fine for me as I just like putzing about in the country :)

what would you say if I told you that I'm thinking of a Yamaha Bolt as my second ride... the one I ride while working on my XS that is :) Edit: performance wise don't need any more than my XS anyway lol
