Did TC Bros completely weld the frame? When I got mine back from them, I noticed the straight tubing going across the rear part of the frame were only tacked and not welded completely around the tubing. I attached some pics.
To get a flywheel for a reasonable amount, you have to check on ebay a lot and look for a new Buy It Now auction and snag it if it's priced low enough. I finally found one this morning for $52 shipped so I jumped on it because most of them I've seen go for over $80 not including shipping.
Thanks for posting about the Eastwood 135 - I didn't know they sold welders. I've been reading up on this welder and seems like a good deal for the money, esp since it comes with a 3 year warranty! The reviews are good on it, so I'll give it a shot!

Well you want to stay at around Middle TN (Nashville) and East-this is the best part of the state. Cleveland is nice, but I don't think the job scene is the best there (best place for jobs in TN is Nashville). There are many beautiful places to live in East TN if you don't have to worry about...
