The pants and knee armor was ordered on the 8th this month. They gave a tracking number but, I don't read Israeli or Hebrew or whatever language they used. I mean no disrespect in any way about that. 11 days delivery time. That's really good in my book. It was packaged in a bag like package. Well taped and labeled. The pants are mad from a denim fabric that stretches or gives a bit. I ordered a size larger than usual. They fit well. Not loose and not too snug. Knee armor pockets are slid in from the outside through a zippered opening. There is also 2 net pockets with Velcro closures inside on the sides. For the Hip armor? The pants are a bit long but, I guess that's for being able to be shortened. Kevlar at but and knee areas. 3 front pockets, 2 and a pocket watch size and 2 on the backside. Lots of belt loops.
In the mailbox was the bead balance kit that was ordered Monday via ebay vender. $19.00 to the door. About 1/2 of what is wanted in the stores. Coming from California it didn't take long. Came in a sturdy cardboard box. In the kit was 2- 2oz packets of ceramic beads and a squeeze bottle with a hose and cap. No instructions. I have read else where that for 19" front wheels that 1oz is used. One takes off all other weights and the remove the valve stem. Using the bottle with the hose , one sucks the amount of beads into the bottle and then blows them into the wheel through the valve stem. I may do that later tonight. I would guess that more could be added if needed.
I will post pics after I find my digital camera. My phone camera died.

Yeah, interested in the brand of pants you bought, who from and your opinion of them after you’ve tried them!

They are. I read DE's thread about the Brosh brand and ordered a pair and got a pair of their knee armor too. I'm expecting great things from these.

Soooo back to the riding pants... After the kids left with full tummies of ham and turkey, I take the kids home. The daughter informs me she left her earbuds at the house. I return home and find the earbuds and decide this is a good time for a evaluation of the pants. No sun, so the temps are in the upper 60's. The fit is good. They move well when I mounted the bike. I had slid in the knee armor and they kept the knees warm. When it gets much cooler I will have to use some insulation or overpants. There is airflow for the summer.

Today I put in about 1 oz. (give or take a bit) of ceramic beads in the front wheel. Got dressed for a ride. Gotta keep testing the new pants ya know. Well for normal around town(45mph and under) I didn't feel any different. Got on a faster road and yeah, I felt some vibrations so I felt the wheel needed some more weight. Speaking of installing beads I found that using a engraver helped a lot. One still has to squeeze and release the bottle. Quite a bit too. I'll try another spirted run again tomorrow with 2 oz.

Check the tire to rim fit. When you took the valve core out, and air escaped, the tire may have slipped a bit on the rim, or the tube might have kinked inside. Deflate and check. I used a oz. In my 19" and it did hop a tad, but I chocked it up to a cheng-shen cheap tire.

I will check that. Something else I will check too is carb sync my be out too. When I took the SG out yesterday I listened to her exhaust and they were not barking equally. Not related to the problem but seems my battery is failing. As I started her for the ride home I noticed the voltage was down but was slowly charging as long as the bike was at high speed. Every slowing or stop the voltage dropped. Upon regaining speed the voltage recovered. I have been suspect of this battery for a while. It never held a charge above 11.5.
