    The valves and seats are new... From 650 central. And I cant get it to leak on the bench. But if I go for a ride then park the bike, boom. And it's not fast at all.

    Yea diaphragms are good, one problem i do still have is the carbs still slowly flooding when the bikes off, I've got the new o-rings on the needle jets and they have been on for over 2 weeks. I went in a 50 mile cruise, and they still slide right out(needle jet). Are they sopposed to do this? Or...

    Hey bud sorry my response took so long, yes I actually rigged it up with some 5/16 hose, sounds crappy i know but its inside the housing of the throttle and you cant see it.

    Well I assumed they were actually supposed to seat in there, that the oring was supposed to be INSIDE the bore that the jet goes into. And they easily pulled out. And 650skull, yes I understand, but it seems that people dont reply until I create a new thread. And I cant see what else soda...

    This thread is for a totally different problem. But anyway. They both wont stay in, only one of them were broken. So thats not that case.

    Well I put the bowls on over night, and they were on there more than snug, and the needle jets are still loose......... And yes they were greased also
