    Thanks…my 81 has drum brake and I bought a set of drilled mags and just realized that the rear that I bought is disc…I was going to buy a weld on hardtail but it looks like they are all geared towards the drum from what I can tell.

    Same valve, but on one side it’s clean and the other side has some imperfections…I did scotch brite it to clean carbon off. Will the imperfections be a problem, or is valve good to go? Thanks

    Starting motor unit

    I’m missing the wave washer and was wondering if there is a hardware store replacement for it…as in can I just find one that fits and go with it? You can’t seem to get any parts from anyone in my area…just fyi…do not move to Midland or Odessa TX…it’s a struggle to find anything around here...

    Help again identifying parts in hand? I originally thought this was part of the starting motor unit since it was next to the idler gears in 2nd pic…was thinking maybe previous owner was going to replace absorbers but from what I could find those aren’t the absorbers…
