Just got the seat back from the upholstery guy. Did a great job on it! Almost done purchasing all the odds and ends. New deadbeat customs signals, throttle/grips, purchased a couple spools of wire. Now just looking for some nice gauges and a fuseblock/relay solution. Seat pic:

hmm would there be detriment to running without the exhaust gaskets? my gasket kit came with one that was odd sized out of the pair so I left both out destroyed the old ones taking them out.

great idea, last nite did some routine maintenance and it rocked my idle a bit so was messing with the screw at stops was able to turn bit by bit, but this woulda been handy. gonna add this to my list of weekend to-do's : )

Even with most basic settings off it should still run super crappy at least. got spark? if so, then got spark when fuel is being compressed? sounds like you have fuel... id double check your wiring possibly. good luck.

I put a very thin layer of yamabond on both sides of the gasket, took care to keep the coat light.and even. did this before and just a few taps with a rubber mallet pops the cover back off. no leaks at all and its my work vehicle :)
