I'm CONSIDERING a trade of one of my bikes....
I have a '72 with title that is original condition with 41 thou on the clock. To the best of my knowledge it is only missing the tank badges, mirrors, and the bolts to mount the air boxes. The seat will need to be reconditioned as well as a mouse ate thru the vinyl and most of the foam. The motor kicks over, and the tank is rusty inside.
I purchased a similar era M/C and was intending on stealing the guts to put in the original, but have yet to do so. The carbs should be ready to go, and the petcocks have been restored.
It also has both keys.
I am looking for a titled running XS650...aint gotta be pretty (but it would help your chances)...it's just gotta work. I'm in the western Wisconsin area.
I will consider cash offers as well.
