One of mine was the same way. I just filled the holes with jbweld and sanded the piston down smooth with scotchbrite pad. I know it sounds cheap and unsafe, but I have been riding it for over a month now and no leaks yet... I figured I have a rear brake if it fails, and its free so why not give it a shot.
