I'm probably too far away from you for it to work out, but I'm selling one of my xt500's. (I'm in central Maryland)
Its a 1978, and its all original except for the tail light, which is a plastic replacement unit. It has 13,200 miles and everything on the bike works. It still has all of the lights, indicators, warning lights, horn, etc. The only 'problem' is that it has two small dents in the right side of the gas tank. You can see them in the photos (one dent is 1/2'' below the "M" and the other is about 3'' below the red oil fill cap). There is NO paint damage, since this has the alloy tank, its just clear coated with the "Yamaha" decals (its original decals / paint/ clear). The bike is in nice shape, but the one side cover and skid plate have some very minor scratches.
The bike just got a full tune up (new points, new condenser, new battery, valve adjustment, cam chain adjustment, cleaned the carb, new air filter) about 6 months ago.
I have the clear street legal title and am asking $1800.
