Hi guys,
I currently have two xs650 bikes that will be torn down for parts. One of the bikes has a title for the frame. I don't plan on registering it since I won't be riding it. I will be putting these parts onto a Flying W frame, and my question is... can I go ahead and sell off the titled frame or would it be wise to hang onto these bikes until after I pass the DMV inspection and gain title for the custom frame?
This will be my first time titling a custom project and so i just want to make sure all bases are covered. I live in WA and havn't been able to find any answers to my questions, but i'm just wondering if a BOS will be sufficient or should it be accompanied by the title to prove that the parts are in fact legit.
