I'd like to say hello. I am looking fwd to being a member of this site. My name is DJ and I live in Nanoose Bay, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. I'm an avid 650 fan and have been ever since I bought (I should say we 
) a brand new 650 Special in 1981. Unfortunately, it was totaled about 6 months afte I bought it.
Over the years, I have collected 5 xs650s, and now that I have done everything I want to do to our main ride (2001 V Star 1100 Classic) that we bought new, we will work on our collection. The 77 will be our collector bike as it is stock and in great condition. We will make a one up from the 81, and I'd like to trike one of the others for my wife. Haven't gone though the site thoroughly yet, but I did see some references to trikes. I'll explore there first.
