Help bending seat rails

Ok so I cut the seat rails off my bike. I have decided to keep the swingarm and shorter rear shock but I don't like the look of the stock seat rails. I want a drop seat look. I know that visual impacts sells a kit but I have the original seat rails and want to save some cash to buy other parts I'll need. How would you go about bending these rails without buying a tubing bender?

Fill tubing with sand and bend with a torch.

Some cut notches out of the top fold down and weld the gaps.
