Check out Accufast2D.net . Several seat pans to choose from. You upholster. Well built, and very affordable. Free hinge too. I'm very happy with mine.

there not hard to make. If you still need one I could bend one and put the studs and pin setup on it... all you would need after that is spray glue,vinyl,and some self tap screws.. drop me a note if you are still looking
