Miss/studder?

Been getting the bugs worked out and I'm mentally wore out.simple question.

While riding under load I have what feels like a "miss" or a studder. Not profound,but very subtle.definetly noticeable. Mostly in 1/4 to just before half throttle,so I'm aware that it's in my pilot circuit if it is indeed carb related.
What would this miss/studder indicate? Rich or lean symptoms?

Coil is brand new but I don't rule anything out.

Hughs pma/pamco Hall effect.-checked with light and is slightly advanced with the cam.
Keihin pwk flat slide carbs
42-pilot
110- main
Needle in middle position.

1/4 off to 1/2 throttle I'd move the needle up/ clip down and try that first. You're way more on the needle than the pilots.
