could be alot of things 1. battery should be charged to 12 + volts 2. test coils unplug them from the orange and red/white wires and spark plugs then test the ohms from orange to red white it should be between 2.25 and 2.75 / 3. pick up coil can be tested too i believe it should be 750 ohms between the black and each of the other 2 wires im unsure of there colors 4. bad TCI box 5. bad ground could also be the issue i went through my entire ignition system 2 weeks ago when i had no spark and after a week of trying parts on my other xs it turned out to be a bad groung between the battery and tci box that should give you some place to start good luck check all your grounds
Check for battery voltage at the red/white wire at the coils and TCI box. No power = no spark.
If no power check the fuse, check the kill switch contacts, the key switch contacts. Could be any of them.
