Steel Braided front brake line. Bought new in June for 14" Apes. Decided to use drag bars so I don't need these any more. 48" length. Great condition.

Do the ends swivel? Is that black stuff supposed to be there?

I don't believe the ends swivel. The black is factory black tape. Was there when I bought it
