For Sale - Weekend special 1982 xs650

For sale 1982 XS650 special for sale. Was hoping to get it on the road for me and my gf, but money has gotten too tight so she must go. What I know it needs is a starter, if you want to start it that way. When I got it it was missing side covers so they are needed. Needs a new title made up. The carbs need a good cleaning. She will try to fire up, but it isn't getting gas like it should. The spoke wheels have some surface rust and the tires are dry rotted, but I am including brand new tires mounted on mag wheels.

That's all I can think of right off. I am located in Dinwiddie Va. Call, text, email, msg on her, whatever. Bills do NOW, and I am broke until next Friday. Had it listed for $1000, but will take what I bought it for this weekend. $500. I have pics of it, but for some reason I can't post them from my phone at the moment
