Good Morning,

I'm relocating my battery under a bum-stop seat and was wondering if you guys had any info on very small battery that has enough juice amp/hr to use with electric start, head light (switched), tail light, and pamco ignition.

The smallest battery I have found so far is Braille B129

813 Pulse Cranking Amps
12 Amp/Hr Reserve
5.8"x 3.4"x 5.1"

Anyone try a modern sportbike type battery? They are smaller, but do they have the juice to use e-start?

Battery is going to sit on the back plate

and has to fit under the bubble.

Anybody try the diy battery build or purchase one from this guy?

I'm thinking pulling the trigger and reporting back.

looks easy enough to throw one together. The cells are about 50 bux off ebay. Some wire solder n a lil Kentucky chrome and it'll be good to go. I'll have to make my self one of these. Once my pile starts looking like a bike that is. lol

I checked ebay and it looks like the seller I saw will weld the batteries in the configuration you request. All you need to do it looks like is weld battery lead terminals to it and possibly shrink wrap it. If thats the case doing it DIY is a better option and cheaper too.
