I have sprayed a lot nason full thane and yes wet sand with lots of water and 1000 grit. If you get runs you might have to go to 600 grit.I have coverd Nason full thane with both Dupont and Spies Hecker clears with no problem.I have panted many classic cars with Nason full thane and top coat...

It's been so long since mine was stock I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure there is no off selection available.I think on mine the head light didn't come on with the key switched on but lite after starting engine.

That bike looks awesome,it looks like a well planed build with a specific look intended.The tank matches every thing else,I wouldn't change a thing.The bubbling of the paint doesn't come from sitting in a shed,the paint work wasn't done correctly.Just my opinion but I would change the fluids...
