    I could be wrong, but I don't think that is even an XS/TX fender. Look at the offset bolt holes where it mounts to the fork. and the loop for the speedo cable is on the wrong side.

    Here is the tech note.. I have a '72 and a '79. If you put the two dipsticks next to each other the top line on the '79 is halfway on the '72 stick.
