well I thought the picture uploaded but I guess it didn't do I'll try to describe it on the rectifier it have 5 pins and the top row is missing the center pin. on the wiring harness it has the same but the bottom row is missing the center pin. should I just swap the contact on the connector
I just got this wiring harness and it seems like the plug for the rectifier and connector center contact is reversed. it's hard to see in the picture but if I was too plug it in each would have one empty contact. do you think I should just move the contact on the wiring harness to make the 2...

Thanks for the advice I'm going to try to see what I can do this weekend. The good thing is I should only have to work on the rotor and stator because I didn't touch the points. I figuring since it ran before no one had touched the points. So ill try putting on my old system and see how it works
