I am planning on running two 21x1.60 Excel A60 rims on my XS. I am looking for the widest tire I can possible fit to the 21x1.60 rim. Would a 3.00 tire fit, or is a 2.75 about the widest I could go on these rims? Thanks.

I am replacing the gaskets on both the left and right side covers and getting ready to fill it with oil. I can't seem to find any torque specs for the side covers. What should all the bolts holding the side covers be torqued to? It's a '76 if it makes a difference. Thanks.
