I can't find parts for the 73 fork rebuild it's 74-77 or 70-72 nothing for 73. Is it a weird fork?

I have a friend that is 6'7 HUGE guy.. tall and lanky. He is interestred about riding but he think he "needs" to get a chopper w/ ape hangers and forward controls or he won't fit. Are there any bikes better then others for very tall people?
