I was taking the plug out to change the jets and this happened! how do I get this out?! it's totally seized...the only thing i can think of is to drill it out....

I'm attempting to check the valves, but in order to do that I need to match the timing marks. For some reason there are no TDC, 15 degree and Advance mark on the side cover... Any suggestions on how I can find out where to align the marks to? Any help would be great. Thanks.
