    Hi, brand new to forum, need opinion on '79 vs '83

    Greetings, been riding for a long time, have limited mechanical skills, (once broke 3 fingers hanging a picture...well, it was a big picture!), gonna look at a '79 and an '83 XS650, both have about 25k miles, stock, both are road worthy. The '83 is $500 more though. Any opinions?
